People do not signal in California because is it of the belief if they give any indication that they would like to get over a lane, the person in that desired lane would speed up, thus making the lane change impossible. And to be honest, this is pretty true.
However, they are worse in Arizona.
My conclusion has been the closer to the equator you are, the worse people drive (this is true world wide).
But I'm still agro you didn't come to see me while you were here. :)
