However, in celebration of my team's (fraudulent) victory at Quizzy Night at the Delta Cafe, I present to you the following e-mail, which I received from my old high school friend Hannah today. Celebrate, Hannah! You've finally been published!
I'm not so sure about that donkey and plane statistic. I don't think it's comparing number of plane crash fatalities to donkey-caused fatalities, but just plane crashes to donkey-caused fatalities. Example: You may have 5 airplane crashes in a year and 6 fatalities caused by a donkey killing someone. But, actually, if you take the deaths of the airplane fatalities, you're more likely to die by flying.
The paper folding thing is no more than 8x. Believe me, I've tried.
